Curing Damp Problems in Spain 

Two building problems we think we´ll leave behind when moving to Spain are damp and condensation.   But many properties here suffer from damp problems for a variety of reasons, for instance.:

Different types of damp 

Rising damp and condensation are the main types of damp found in Spain.   These can be easily identified and often easily eradicated with the addition of air bricks or special renders.

Leaking terraces and roofs are also a common cause of damp.   Owners generally only become aware of the issue following heavy rain.
