Why A Monthly Alarm Contract Is Not Always Necessary

Installing in secluded areas with small police presence were they may not be able to attend straight away.
Not all alarm systems require a monthly contract as many are installed as either sirens only or with mobile APP control which will notify the client and/or keyholders directly.
Systems with external warning sirens and strobe lights are programmed to switch off the sirens after 3 minutes providing that the premises are movement free, the system will then reset and rearm so if an intruder returns then sirens will sound again. With up to 105 decibels of noise this is a great deterrent and very disorientating for any burglar.
If the system is connected with our COM IP unit then a notification will be sent via a smart phone APP to the client and/or keyholders clearly stating which room has been violated. With this system, there are no monthly contracts. These are ideal for secluded areas with a small police presence.
Monitored alarms with Police response
Our alarm systems that do have police response are monitored 24 hours a day by our central monitoring office. When the alarm triggers they will call the client immediately to check if this is a customer error or a genuine break-in. If the alarm is confirmed by another 2 detectors or a visual CCTV recording then the police will be sent immediately. This system can also be used to alert clients of power failures, smoke detection, floods, etc
The cost for this 24hour police monitoring is €26.00 plus IVA per month
- This contract is only 1 year minimum (not 3, 5 or even 7)
- The price will not increase year on year
- The operators speak English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, and a few other languages too.
