Had a double glazed uPVC window fitted in our 4th floor apartment. From start to finish the communication with Crystal was first class. They came and measured, told us what we needed. The installation date was agreed for while we were at the apartment (it's a holiday home). 2 workmen turned up, one english one spanish. Both were very polite and respectful. The removal on the existing window was a lot tougher than they men were anticipating but they just got on with it. Then bringing the new window up to the fourth floor was really hard work. The installation was completed, and the finished product was brilliant. The guys cleaned up after themselves and took away all of the old window and trims. Absolutely first class job, would 100% recommend Crystal Windows. Thank you team.

We ordered three external doors from Crystal Windows & have recently had them installed. Everyone we've dealt with, from beginning to end, has been extremely professional; with Kane & Val (installers) being exceptionally efficient & meticulous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crystal Windows & we'll definitely be returning for any of our future door/window needs.

Crystal Windows installed a glass curtain in our garden house. The system has no vertical frames which doesn't impact our view. A very professional installation and perfect timing as well !

Excellent experience from start to finish! Great engagement during the initial Survey. Jack listened to our requirements and made some great recommendations. Excellent installation from Ryan and the team. Final quality checks carried out by John. Nicole has ensured that we have been happy throughout the process. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We have replaced three tired and insecure doors with a quality product that has introduced the peace of mind with additional security. We are extremely happy with the product, quality, service and cost. We will definitely use Crystal Windows for some future work. Highly recommended!

4 years ago I renovated my beach house and all the windows and sliding doors were placed by Crystal Windows. I never regretted that. The quality is top and most important, even after 4 years the service is great with extremely nice employees.

The previous owner closed the top of the arched windows with stone and cement, which we opened again and had the Tosca repaired. Shortly after making an appointment with Crystal Windows the measurement was taken for half circle double glazed windows. The installation was perfectly done, we are very satisfied with the result. After mounting the alarm system on the windows the house was finally closed and finished.
