We have been using VíllaMía for some 5years now and I would state we have had a five star service. Our point of contact is Michelle who deals with our frantic/urgent phone calls in a calm manner and issues are dealt with immediately if she can deal directly or responds within hours if third parties are involved. In the office we deal with Victoria who as front office is excellent, never waited more than an hour for concerns or contracts to be dealt with. I haven't had much dealings with the rest of the team but if anything like Michelle and Victoria what a team!! Highly recommend

As a landlord I have been dealing with Villa Mia for over 7 years They have always been very efficient, very trustworthy, and very pleasant. All of the tenants that they have found for me have been well vetted and I have never had any problems at all. All the staff are very knowledgable and have helped me immensely with advice, especially initially when I was not sure what I needed to do. They always keep in touch with me, letting me know what the situation is at all times. I also use their management services as I don't live in Spain. This means that any problems my tenants may have, they can pop into the office and Villa Mia will sort things out. One example of this was when the washing machine broke. They arranged for a new washing machine to be delivered and the old one taken away. Something that would have been impossible for me to arrange from the UK. I would highly recommend Villa Mia to any Prospective landlords and also to any future tenants.
