Even after the initial report was delivered and paid for, Javier’s dedication didn’t stop there. When we had follow-up concerns regarding the property's drainage system, Javier went above and beyond to give us total peace of mind.
He personally reached out to the architect who previously worked on the house, conducted a second site visit (even inspecting neighboring properties to verify the infrastructure), and physically visited the municipal planning department at the town hall to get answers directly from city technicians.
It is exceedingly rare to find a professional who cares this much about his clients' peace of mind after his formal job is done. Javier is truly exceptional!
