Horizon Holiday Villas are experts in the holiday rental industry in the Costa Blanca North area of Spain.  We are fully registered and are able to offer owners peace of mind that their property is managed and rented through us within the legal framework.  We are able to offer owners flexible management packages according to specific instructions and requirements.

Costa Blanca North resorts including Denia, Javea, Benitachell, El Portet, Moraira, and also inland from those resorts.

Full Property Management Services for owners wishing to rent their property as a holiday rental, including:-

• Tourist Licence application on behalf of owner
