In response to market concerns from estate agencies, Female Focus decided to launch a new Property Focus section in the magazine. Recognising that the main challenge facing estate agencies is portfolio development, Female Focus is the perfect opportunity to raise awareness to thousands of property owners who are thinking of selling, or are looking for an alternative to their current agent.

However, it is also recognised that Estate Agencies are going through some severely hard times due to the economic situation.
